Eye Rejuvenation

Brighten. Lift. Refresh.

Eye contact is the first connection you make with others. Your eyes are the focal point of your face — reflecting your energy, mood, and vitality. Yet they’re also one of the first areas to show signs of fatigue, aging, or chronic dryness.

At See La Vie, we offer a modern, non-surgical approach to eye rejuvenation that restores brightness, reduces under-eye sagging/wrinkles, and helps your eyes look more vibrant. Our treatments are designed to work in harmony with your natural anatomy — so you still look like you, just more refreshed, awake, and confident. The goal isn’t to change your expression, but to help your eyes reflect the best version of you, making every glance and every connection feel a little brighter.

Our signature Eye Rejuvenation Treatment combines two advanced technologies, OptiLight and OptiLift, for maximum aesthetic impact and long-term eye wellness.

Do I really need both treatments?

Each treatment works beautifully on its own — but they address different parts of the eye area. OptiLight targets the skin’s surface and underlying inflammation, reducing redness, evening out pigmentation, and calming the environment around the eyes. OptiLift works beneath the surface, toning and lifting the muscle that supports the eyelids, restoring contour, and improving blink mechanics.

When combined, you’re not just improving appearance — you’re restoring both structure and function. This synergy delivers results that are brighter, smoother, and longer-lasting than either treatment on its own. Many patients choose to start with both to achieve the most complete transformation from the start.

How It Works

The Eye Rejuvenation Package is performed as a series of 4 sessions, typically spaced 1–2 weeks apart.

  • OptiLight IPL uses pulses of light to calm inflammation, fade pigmentation, and stimulate collagen
  • OptiLift DMST + RF gently stimulates and tones the orbicularis oculi muscle to lift, firm, and support better blink function

Each visit takes about 30 minutes and is performed in our spa-like treatment room with no downtime. You’ll be able to return to your day immediately. Just apply sunscreen and avoid direct sun exposure to protect your results.

Results & Maintenance

Most patients begin to notice subtle improvements in brightness, skin tone, and lid contour after the first session. Results build gradually over the course of the treatment series. After the ideal results are achieved, we recommend our unlimited maintenance package as a cost-effective approach for maintenance. Depending on severity, patients typically receive OptiLight treatments once every 6-12months, and Optilift once every 3-4 months.

OptiLight FAQ

How is OptiLight different from a “photofacial”?

While both treatments use Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) technology, OptiLight is the only FDA-Approved IPL designed specifically for the delicate eye area.

A traditional photofacial is a skin treatment focused on reducing sun spots and redness on the face, neck, chest, and/or hands. The IPL light energy penetrates the skin to break up pigment and stimulate collagen, leading to a clearer, smoother, more even-toned complexion over time.

OptiLight offers those same aesthetic benefits, while also treating inflammatory dry eye disease. It’s a dual-purpose treatment with both beauty and medical benefits, designed with ocular safety in mind.

Does OptiLight improve my appearance?

Yes. OptiLight reduces redness, broken capillaries, and uneven pigmentation around the eyes — helping the skin appear brighter and smoother, while softening the appearance of fine lines around the eyes. It also enhances the clarity and brightness of the eyes themselves by calming inflammation and improving tear quality. The result is a refreshed, more awake appearance with eyes that look clearer, whiter, and more vibrant.

Is OptiLight safe around the eyes?

Yes. Unlike cosmetic IPL devices, OptiLight is specifically designed and FDA-approved for use around the eyes. OptiLight uses a specialized handpiece, medical-grade eye protection, and carefully calibrated energy settings to safely treat the delicate skin around the eyes. Treatments are performed by an eye doctor and are quick, gentle, and well-tolerated with no downtime.

How many sessions will I need?

We recommend starting with a series of 4 treatments, spaced about 2-4 weeks apart. Results build gradually with each session. Many patients then continue with maintenance treatments every 6-12 months to preserve their results

Is there any downtime?

No downtime is required. OptiLight this gentle, non-invasive, and well-tolerated. You may experience some facial redness right after treatment, but this resolves quickly — most patients return to work immediately after. You’ll just want to protect your skin from the sun using 50+ SPF and avoid direct sunlight for a few days after each treatment.

OptiLift FAQ

How is OptiLift different from Botox?

While both treatments involve treatments to the muscle around the eye (orbicularis oculi), they work in different ways. Botox relaxes the muscle to smooth dynamic lines like crow’s feet. OptiLift tones and activates the muscle, especially beneath the eyes, to reduce puffiness, improve firmness, and support better eyelid function.

Rather than choosing one or the other, OptiLift and Botox can be complementary — Botox softens fine lines at the outer corners, while OptiLift lifts and refreshes the under-eye area. Many patients choose to do both for natural, balanced results.

Is OptiLift a replacement for blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery)?

No — OptiLift is non-surgical and does not remove excess skin. However, it’s an excellent option for patients with early signs of eyelid laxity, heaviness, or fatigue who are not yet ready for surgery. It can also be used as a post-blepharoplasty maintenance treatment to support muscle tone and prolong aesthetic results.

Does OptiLift help with dry eyes?

Yes. OptiLift was designed with ocular wellness in mind. By stimulating the muscles responsible for blinking, it helps promote more complete eyelid closure, which is essential for spreading tears evenly and protecting the eye surface.

This is especially beneficial for patients with evaporative dry eye due to poor meibomian gland function or lagophthalmos (incomplete eyelid closure), a common cause of dry eye that’s often worse in the morning. By improving lid seal and blink mechanics, OptiLift helps support natural oil flow, protect the eyes during sleep, and reduce irritation throughout the day

How many sessions will I need?

We recommend starting with a series of 4 treatments, spaced about 1–2 weeks apart. Results build gradually with each session. Many patients then continue with maintenance treatments every 3 months to preserve both the comfort and aesthetic benefits.

Is there any downtime?

No downtime is required. OptiLift is gentle, non-invasive, and well-tolerated. You may experience a mild warming sensation or light flushing right after treatment, but this resolves quickly — most patients return to their day immediately.

When will I see results?

Many patients notice that their eyes feel less puffy, more awake, and more comfortable immediately after the first session. However, the full benefits of OptiLift — including improvements in tone, lid contour, and tear film quality — typically develop gradually over a series of 4 treatments. Results are subtle, natural, and cumulative. For best long-term results, we recommend our maintenance subscription after your initial series.
